Consumer Information
In accordance with current legislation, we provide the means and official entities for mediation and alternative dispute resolution in consumer matters.
In the event of a consumer dispute, under Law No. 144/2015, the consumer may resort to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform , available at the official address https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr , or choose to submit their case to one of the authorized Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities.
